PALEO SWEET POTATO BREAKFAST BOWL
Since I have been adding blueberries in my diet a lot recently (blueberry cauliflower smoothies, blueberries in my sandwiches, toast, and only handfuls for snacking) I needed to find another means to integrate them into my daily diet plan. This bowl feels much more hearty than a smoothie for some reason (and really filling!) .
I really like that blueberries are low in sugarit makes it effortless for the body to have adrenaline and something somewhat with no sugar wreck sweet.
Uncomplicated paleo breakfast and whole30! Just takes 3 components and a couple minutes to produce. Packed with protein and healthy fats! Sweetened with potato. Addictively and creamy smooth.
