Cloud Bread Recipe

You have noticed this Cloud Bread if you go to Pinterest as far as I do. It is a diet substitute for bread. See exactly what the trend is all about and I needed to create it. Perfect as I'm attempting to cut out bread out of our daily diet. I switched to whole grain to my kiddos' butter and jelly sandwiches. As my Hubby and I love finding and trying recipes for healthful substitutes for our favourite meals (my cauliflower Alfredo sauce is the best case )we set out to make a batch. And a couple more. It was analyzed by us the following day and utilized it and for hamburgers.

The Cloud Bread is made from eggs. As there's absolutely no flour it is gluten-free, low in carbohydrates and high in protein. There are a number of things that you want to remember when creating this bread: whip the egg whites into stiff peaks AND lightly fold at cheese mix and the loaf in without deflating the whites. It doesn't take a lot of time and you are able to produce a batch.
