Ingredients

Chickpea Buddha Bowls

Greek Chicken Wraps

  1. 1 egg 7 ounce, chopped into 1 inch pieces
  2. 1 tbsp olive oil
  3. 1 tsp oregano
  4. 1 tsp basil
  5. 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  6. 1/4 tsp onion powder
  7. 1/4 tsp salt
  8. 1 lemon sliced
  9. 2 tbsp feta cheese crumbled
  10. 2 flour tortillas or wraps

Directions

  1. Cook quinoa in accordance with package instructions. Put aside to cool.
  2. Toss onion, carrots, the chickpeas and brussels sprouts in a bowl with oilseason with pepper and salt and arrange on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread out on a second sheet and arrange the pieces underneath.
  4. Shake together the tahini dressing components Even though veggies/chicken/chickpeas are roasting.
  5. Chickpea Buddha Bowls: carrots/brussels/onion, and split the quinoa /chickpeas to two 2 cup storage containers. Drizzle with dressing.
  6. Greek Chicken Wraps: split the chicken/bell pepper/zucchini/onions to two 2 cup storage containers (eliminate the lemon pieces ).
  7. Storage: Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 times.
  8. To Drink: Chickpea Buddha Bowls: you will enjoy this chilly or re-heated.
  9. Chicken Wraps: heat in the microwave, then spoon into wrap or a tortilla.
