Ingredients
Chickpea Buddha Bowls
- 1 cup chickpeas drained (leftovers out of a could be suspended )

- 1 egg 7 ounce, chopped into 1 inch pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 lemon sliced
- 2 tbsp feta cheese crumbled
- 2 flour tortillas or wraps
Directions
- Cook quinoa in accordance with package instructions. Put aside to cool.
- Toss onion, carrots, the chickpeas and brussels sprouts in a bowl with oilseason with pepper and salt and arrange on a baking sheet.
- Spread out on a second sheet and arrange the pieces underneath.
- Shake together the tahini dressing components Even though veggies/chicken/chickpeas are roasting.
- Chickpea Buddha Bowls: carrots/brussels/onion, and split the quinoa /chickpeas to two 2 cup storage containers. Drizzle with dressing.
- Greek Chicken Wraps: split the chicken/bell pepper/zucchini/onions to two 2 cup storage containers (eliminate the lemon pieces ).
- Storage: Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 times.
- To Drink: Chickpea Buddha Bowls: you will enjoy this chilly or re-heated.
- Chicken Wraps: heat in the microwave, then spoon into wrap or a tortilla.
