Be cautious with meatballs that are pre-made, check the tag for content. The sauce is exactly the exact same either way, and both have tried and it's every bit as excellent.

Ingredients
The meatballs
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 14 pork rinds crushed
- 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 14 ounce jar chili sauce
- 1 12 ounce jar sugar free grape or raspberry jam
Directions
- Set to high, cover and put aside. Grease a sheet pan with olive oil.
- Mix together. Roll to 42 meatballs, about 1.5 ounces each.
- While the meatballs are baking include the sauce ingredients combine well. Be aware - if desired, put in a dash of garlic and onion powder.
- Put meatballs that are cooked combine, cover. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 2 hours.
