Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Fridge
  3. Marinate the chicken.
  4. Freezer
  5. If freezing, put in the freezer. By immersing the bag in the refrigerator or thaw.
  6. To Bake
  7. Bake chicken in a shallow dish for 10 minutes, then flip over, then bake for another 10-20 minutes.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes complete. For bigger and 10 ounce chicken breasts, then bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Allow chicken to rest at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
